Interested to engage us for your party? Make a booking with us at least three weeks prior to event date in order for us to have ample time to prepare for the party. TPA reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders at any time.
Choose a Package
Next, please choose one of the our packages based on the number of guests attending your event. Do check with the party venue as some do not allow external vendors!
Each pax will be entitled to 3.5-4 pieces of desserts. For instance, if you're getting the Package A, there will be at least 100-120 pieces of desserts in total.
Do discuss with us should you have any customised theme, additional charges apply though! (starts from $150).
An invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation of booking. Kindly make a non-refundable 50% deposit within 24 Hours via Paynow or iBanking to reserve the date. The balance 50% are to be paid one day before the event date. You will receive an SMS from us after payment have been verified.
A refundable security deposit of $100.00 in cash will be collected on the event day after the setup and be returned to you during teardown once all props are collected back undamaged/stain free. Kindly inspect the props and servewares after setup to ensure that they are handed over to you in good condition. A cleaning fee of $10 is chargeable for stained cloths and $50 for tulle cover/fur cloths in the event that the stains are unremovable. Full retail value will be charged on the deposit for missing/damaged props.
Setting Up in Hotels
Please check with the hotel management regarding external vendors set up before making any booking with us. In the event if the venue is not suitable for our set up, The Party Affair will not be held responsible and no refunds will be given.
Any cancellation of bookings will have the deposit forfeited as preparations are already in place upon receiving the booking request. Kindly check if the venue is suitable for dessert table setups. Any cancellations due to unsuitable venue will have the deposit forfeited and subjected to 100% of the booking fee.
Setup before/at 9AM and Teardown after 10PM will be subjected to a $50 early hours surcharge.
A late booking surcharge applies for bookings made less than 3 weeks from event date.
Surcharge are as follows:
< Less than 3 weeks: 10% of the quoted total
< Less than 2 weeks: 20% of the quoted total
< Less than 1 week: 30% of the quoted total
A surcharge of $30.00 applies for setups in offshore areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island, Marina Bay Sands) and Hotels to cover the entry and parking fees.
A surcharge of $50.00 applies for all setups that fall on a Singapore listed Public Holiday.
